- We
will research and prioritize possible applications for
development.
- We
will enhance the application development process by
requiring and incorporating more user involvement and
feedback in the application design phase.
- We
will solicit input for application enhancements and
new applications on a periodic basis from the University
community. We will review, then prioritize these requests
based on fair standards.
- We
will reengineer existing business practices to empower
university constituents through on line applications.
- We
will institute a periodic review process for current
applications in order to determine possible enhancements
and improvements.

day to day work and clarify scope and boundaries.
