Research
and propose methodologies for flattening expenditures over the
annual budget cycle/implementing Life Cycle Funding
- Determine components of LCF.
- List problems with purchasing equipment as we do currently.
- List benefits of lifecycle funding or flattening the expenditures
over multiple annual budget cycles.
- Research and Review technology possibilities / Develop a
Lecture Series on emerging technologies/Colloquiums provided
by Academic Departments.
- Provide an example of LCF with one project for submission
to LC -> SD.

- Developing procedures for responding to networking outages

Focus
on Enhancing coordination and communication
- Develop and disseminate a list of who’s in charge of what
with phone numbers, other contact info.
- Develop a mechanism for keeping the list up to date as it’s
probably very dynamic.
- Put the OTI organizational chart on website with links that
explain staff’s duties.
- Clarify OTC/OTI delineation. Publish.
- Research issue – Is there a checklist for people who are
starting a new project such as the buildings that are currently
being built at Innovation Park? Who has it? Is ACNS on the
list? Need to begin at the beginning to implement networking.
