Personal Identification Number (PIN) Help
Please note that if you are or were an FSU student, you also have access to your FSU data through FSU's web-based services. To access those services, log in at Campus.fsu.edu. How to obtain a user ID and PIN.All FSU students are assigned a user ID and PIN by the Registrar's office. Your user ID is your student ID number (your 9-digit Social Security Number), and your default PIN is a 4-digit number according to the month and year of your birth. (For example, if you were born in June of 1984, your PIN would be 0684). You have used this PIN when doing either phone or Web based course registration, at which time the system would have required you to select a new PIN - known only to you. How to reset a PIN.If you do not remember your PIN or the system is not working for you, contact the University Registrar's Office at (850) 644-3403 to have your PIN reset. How to reactivate a suspended PIN.If you or someone unauthorized to view your records enters an invalid PIN too many times, your PIN will be suspended to protect your privacy. Contact the University Registrar's Office at (850) 644-3403 to reactivate a suspended PIN. How to change a PIN.You can change your PIN online at Campus.fsu.edu - Change FSU Registration PIN.Change the PIN to any four-digit number, but don't use easy-to-guess numbers like your birthday, house number, etc. Do not give out your PIN, as it is the key to your FSU records!
