Office of Technology Integration - Who are we?
There is a great deal of technology in use at FSU and a lot of technology
expertise at the university. Some of that happens to be in the central
technology organizations listed here, but much of it is not. A key
responsibility of OTI is to help the FSU community leverage the available
technology resources and expertise to support the goals of the university.
The Office of Technology Integration, headed by FSU CIO Michael Barrett, consists of Information
Resource Management (IRM), Information
Systems (IS), Office
of Telecommunications (OTC), University
Computing Services (UCS), User
Services (US),
and Northwest
Regional Data Center (NWRDC).

OTI Upgrading Email Services
OTI has implemented a new email system and will begin migrating uses from the existing garnet, mailer and admin email servers over the next year. More details on the new system and the migration schedule are available.Integrated Technology Plan
FSU unit's IT plans will help improve coordination of FSU's IT investment and assessment of what services are available centrally and possibly allow units to reallocate some of the resources they do have. OTI’s immediate focus will be to work with campus units to put together their IT plans in time to assist with planning for the next fiscal year.
